Alicia is a dedicated physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience across both public and private healthcare settings in Singapore. She began her career at Sengkang Community Hospital, where she developed strong foundations in rehabilitation and complex patient care, before advancing to Raffles Hospital to further refine her clinical expertise.
With experience spanning neurological, geriatric, post-operative, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Alicia adopts a holistic and personalised approach to care. She is committed to helping individuals regain mobility, restore function, and return confidently to the activities that matter most to them.
Clinical Philosophy
Alicia believes in delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to take an active role in their recovery. By combining her clinical expertise with education and collaborative goal-setting, Alicia strives to help her patients achieve lasting results and confidently return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys staying active through gym training and casual basketball, reflecting her belief in the importance of movement, health, and lifelong physical wellbeing. She also is Dry needling certified, which she incorporates, where appropriate, to aid in pain relief, reduce muscle tension, improve movement, and facilitate recovery.
