    • Onsite Health partners with businesses of all sizes to set up and manage health and wellness clinics, directly at the workplace. Have a stiff back? Book a same day appointment and get that tune-up you need at your in-house health and wellness clinic.

  • What types of services does Onsite Health offer?

    • Physical medicine: Physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and stretch releases for now. We’re always expanding our range of services, do check back often!

      Complementary Health: We advise on workplace health ergonomic matters, conduct health and wellness workshops as well as fitness classes.

      These services have proven to be very popular and especially benefit those in desk-bound jobs or those with more sedentary lifestyles.

  • Where are these services offered?

    • We deliver these high-quality preventative healthcare services directly at your workplace. This could be at your office premises (in-house) or located near or in your office building (near-site).
      Having this service at work saves both the employer and employee time and money while adding convenience and improving overall employee health and wellness.

  • What types of businesses or industries does Onsite Health usually work with?

    • We work with clients from a variety of industries, such as tech companies, financial services, education, sports and labour-intensive sectors, to name a few.
      There are no restrictions on the types of industries or companies for whom we provide our health and wellness platform and we will scale it accordingly to meet your company’s needs.

  • Who are your specialists and therapists?

    • Our specialists and therapists are certified and highly qualified in their respective specialisations. They have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in providing high-quality care to patients.

  • What type of conditions do your specialists treat?

    • The most common conditions that our specialists treat are:
      - Lower back and neck pain
      - Headaches
      - Knee, hip and shoulder stiffness
      - Wrist and elbow dysfunction
      - Muscle spasms

      - Postural issues
      We also have a team of trusted advanced specialist partners, should you have a condition which is not in our scope of practice and need further treatment.

  • What if we are only interested in a few services and not the full suite available?

    • We are happy to partner with you to customise and select the services that best meet your company's goals.

  • How much will it cost to set up an in-house health and wellness clinic?

    • All it takes to start is an existing meeting room or office space that may be converted to a treatment room.
      We will take the time to understand your company's goals and requirements to design a customised plan specific to your budget. As the programme develops internally, we will scale to meet the demand of your employees' needs.

  • What are the administration requirements? Our HR team does not have the bandwidth to manage the in-house health and wellness clinic.

    • We do the work, you take the credit! From setting up, to sending out internal mailers and engaging employees on the programme, right through to appointment management and storage of employees' records, we will take care of things for you.

  • What if our employees would rather consult their preferred provider for treatment?

    • We acknowledge that some employees have established good relationships with their current providers and will continue to do so. However, rather than having to take the additional time after work or on weekends, we have found that employees appreciate the convenience and time saved by having treatment in-house.

  • Why would we need to provide these services in-house? It is easy to find a clinic near to the office as Singapore is so small.

    • Our in-house clinics are intended to complement your existing health care coverage by providing more accessible and less expensive care. No more waiting around in clinics for your turn, simply turn up at your appointment time and see the in-house specialist within minutes. For Employees

  • How much do I have to pay for the services?

    • This is dependent on various factors, including your employer's insurance coverage and employer sponsorship arrangements.

  • How do I make appointments to see the specialists?

    • A unique hyperlink will be created for your company and you may access the online platform 24/7 to schedule your appointments.

  • What do I need to bring for my physical medicine appointments?

    • Just bring yourself! If there are any additional requirements, these will be listed in your appointment confirmation email.

  • Will my employer have access to my medical records with the in-house health and wellness clinic?

    • Patient confidentiality is our top priority. We utilise state of the art programmes and apps to manage appointments and store employees' records confidentially. Employers will never have access to your medical records that are stored with us.

  • How do I ensure that my colleagues do not find out that I am seeking treatment?

    • Our team never discloses employees’ treatments to other employees.

  • Why do I need to see a stretch therapist? I can stretch on my own time.

    • Studies have shown that passive stretching is superior to active stretching in reducing pain, increasing muscle extensibility and correcting posture.

  • Isn't physiotherapy only meant for people with injuries?

    • Physiotherapists are not solely focused on the assessment and treatment of injuries, they are also well-trained experts in maintaining and promoting proper physical function and mobility.

  • Is it safe to see a chiropractor?

    • Absolutely! Chiropractic care is a preferred way to treat lower back pain and other musculoskeletal problems instead of traditional medical care, which usually results in referrals to specialists and seeking pain medication.
      Chiropractors attend graduate-level health colleges to treat disorders of the bones, nerves, muscles, and ligaments. In fact, they typically complete about 5-8 years of higher education before they are licensed.

  • Massage is purely for relaxation; my manager may not view it favourably if I make an appointment for a massage in the middle of the work day.

    • Massage is proven to reduce stress, pain and muscle tension. Massage is also increasingly being offered as a complement to standard medical treatment. When you feel better and more relaxed, you will be more productive at the workplace.

  • I would like to refer my friend to one of your specialists. Do you have a separate clinic he could visit?
